Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA)-fixed, permeabilized with 0.1% triton X-100 in CHO cells transfected with 12 tags construct (CHO-12 tags) labeling MYC with goat anti-myc tag polyclonal antibody 10131 (4µg/mL), followed by donkey anti-goat IgG (H&L),FITC antibody at 1/1000 dilution (1µg/mL) (green). Nucleus was counterstained with DAPI (white).

Parallel analysis of parental cell lines shows not staining.
