MDM2

MDM2: MDM2 is an oncoprotein that regulates the p53 tumor suppressor. Its overexpression can indicate a poor prognosis in various tumors, including sarcomas and certain breast cancers. IHC analysis of MDM2 helps assess the potential for p53 pathway disruption in tumors.
