INI-1
INI-1: INI-1 is a tumor suppressor protein frequently lost in malignant rhabdoid tumors and other aggressive neoplasms. Its detection is critical for diagnosis, as loss of INI-1 expression through IHC aids in distinguishing these tumors from other small round blue cell tumors.
