MLH-1

MLH-1: MLH-1 is a key component of the mismatch repair (MMR) system, and its loss of expression is indicative of microsatellite instability (MSI). This is particularly relevant in colorectal cancers associated with Lynch syndrome, providing important diagnostic and prognostic information.
