Glypican 3

Glypican 3: Glypican 3 is a specific marker for hepatocellular carcinoma and is used in the differential diagnosis of liver tumors. Its detection aids in confirming malignancy, particularly in cirrhotic livers or in cases where tumor origin is unclear, thus providing important prognostic information.
