EP-CAM

EP-CAM: EP-CAM is a cell adhesion molecule that is frequently expressed in carcinomas. Its detection through IHC aids in diagnosing epithelial tumors and assessing tumor progression, as well as potential therapeutic targets in cancer immunotherapy.
