WB with antibody [8319] : Untreated (-) and treated (-) HCT116 whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p53 antibody [DO1] (8319) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
