MSH-2

MSH-2: MSH-2 is a mismatch repair protein involved in DNA repair and is essential for diagnosing Lynch syndrome and associated tumors. Its loss of expression is indicative of microsatellite instability (MSI) and can guide treatment decisions, particularly in colorectal cancer.
