DPC4 (SMAD4)
DPC4 (SMAD4): DPC4, also known as SMAD4, is a tumor suppressor protein that plays a key role in the TGF-beta signaling pathway. Its loss of expression is associated with pancreatic and colorectal cancers, making it an important marker for diagnosis and prognostication in these malignancies.

IHC with antibody [6162] : Formalin-fixed human pancreatic ductal carcinoma stained with anti-DPC4 antibody using peroxidase-conjugate and DAB chromogen. Note the nuclear and cytoplasmic staining of normal pancreatic tissue, whereas ductal carcinoma glands are negative
IHC with antibody [6163] : Human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma stained with anti-DPC4 (SMAD4) antibody using peroxidase-conjugate and DAB chromogen. Note absence of tumor cell staining while the non-tumor cells are positive.
