CD21
CD21: CD21 is a B-cell marker involved in complement activation and is used to identify follicular dendritic cells. Its expression is relevant in diagnosing certain lymphomas, particularly follicular lymphoma, and in assessing B-cell populations within the tumor microenvironment.
