- Shipping Errors: In the event that we ship you the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a credit.

c. Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will work with you to determine the best solution:

- Replacement: In cases of damaged or defective items, we may send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
